How do I connect my bank account?
Financial Pro users can securely connect their bank accounts through our encrypted connection. Navigate to Settings > Connected Accounts and follow the secure authentication process. Your credentials are never stored on our servers.
Is my financial data secure?
Absolutely. Financial uses bank-level security with 256-bit encryption. Your data is stored locally on your device and synced through your private iCloud account. We never have access to your raw financial data, and our analytics run entirely on your device.
How do splitter groups work?
Splitter groups allow you to share expenses with friends and family through iCloud sharing. Create a group, invite members, and everyone can add expenses. The app automatically calculates who owes what and sends notifications when balances change.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
The free version includes basic expense tracking and one splitter group. Financial Pro adds unlimited splitter groups, bank account connections, advanced analytics, and priority support. Pro also helps support our student development team!
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Financial Pro subscription anytime through your iOS Settings. You'll continue to have Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then automatically move to the free tier.
Do you offer student discounts?
As students ourselves, we've priced Financial Pro to be accessible for students and young professionals. While we don't have a separate student tier, our current pricing reflects our commitment to affordability for our primary user base.
