By downloading, installing, or using the Financial app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Financial is a personal finance management application that helps users track expenses, manage budgets, and split bills with others. The app offers both free and premium (Pro) subscription tiers.

Free Features

• No ads, no tracking: privacy-first experience
• Budgets & wish lists: plan smarter without restrictions
• SmartPay setup: create recurring payments easily
• Splitter & shared accounts: manage group expenses together
• Basic insights: monthly summaries and category overviews
• iCloud sync & backup: your data, always safe
• Widgets & Apple Watch support: insights at a glance, everywhere

Pro Features

• Unlimited accounts: add all your banks, cards, and wallets
• Unlimited amounts of: SmartPays, splinter groups, or buckets.
• Advanced analytics: detailed charts, trends, and comparisons
• Smart notifications: alerts for budgets, unusual spending, and upcoming bills
• Extended SmartPay: automate more complex recurring payments
• Contract management: track deadlines & cancellations unlimited
• Full history access: explore past transactions without limits

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Financial Pro Subscription

• Weekly: 1,49 € per Week (Most Flexible)
• Monthly: €3.99 per month
• Annual: €39.99 per year (17% savings)
• Payment: Charged through your Apple ID account
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through iOS Settings

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store refund policy. We do not directly process refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Respect the rights of other users in shared groups
• Keep your app updated to the latest version

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Financial to:

• Engage in any illegal activities
• Share inappropriate or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the app to harass or harm other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

Financial is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Bank Connection Disclaimer

Financial Pro users can connect bank accounts for automated transaction import. We use secure, encrypted connections and work with regulated financial data providers. However, we are not responsible for:

• Errors in transaction data provided by banks or third-party services
• Delays in transaction updates
• Bank account access issues
• Financial decisions made based on app data

10. Intellectual Property

Financial and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Philipp Strunk Coding and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Germany.
